Work plan and results
The first stage (point improvements of the existing solution)
1. Preliminary analytics
— immersion in the project: studying the introductory;
— interview with your team;
— introduction to the existing product;
— fixing business requirements;

Result

Duration: 1 working day
2. User analytics
— conduct interviews about users and their tasks with the client's team;
— fix the first version of user scripts;
— discuss the first version of the scripts and make corrections;
— compile the final version of scripts for "non-consultant" users, for the web.

Duration: 3 working days
3. Expert review
— detailed analysis of the site by an expert;
— fixing places for UI and UX processing;
— discussing with your team the results of the interface audit;
— draw conceptual sketches for the most problematic areas.

Result
Images in the Miro board:
— screenshots of the interface with comments and recommendations from experts.
— sketches on problem areas (2-3 pcs)
— screenshots of the product interface with expert comments.


Duration: 4-5 working days
4. Point redesign
— discuss and fix with the client which screens and to what extent we process;
We divide the work into 3-4 parts and for each we work as follows:
— inspection of designers and making spot and visual edits;
— discussion of the results of the work;
— making changes based on the results of discussions;
— discussion and introduction of final edits.

Result
Documents in doc format:
— list of screens and objects for processing;
Interface layouts with edits in Figma or sketches and diagrams that are understandable to developers.

Second stage. Design support for development
Enhancing development with design competencies
We propose to build the work as follows :
– we allocate a team consisting of: UX-designer (Senior); UX Analyst and UX Designer (Junior/middle);
– we work with you as a team on new functionality. As a result we issue what is already planned in excellent design quality;
— before starting work on each release, we discuss with you the tasks for the design team.
— it seems to us very important to add a couple of tasks to each release that will appear after the UX audit at the first stage of our cooperation;
— as necessary, we conduct user research and test prototypes on users.
1. Introductory discussion of works
— discuss the plan of upcoming work with the development team;
— fix the work plan (design part);
— fix the order of team interaction

Duration: 6-8 working days
2. UX interface design
After agreeing on the amount of design work for each release, we work as follows:
— agreeing on time and labor costs for the upcoming scope of work;
— drawing up user scenarios for the tasks included in the next sprint;
— creation of interface layouts;
— discussion of the results with the development team;
— making changes to layouts;
— testing on users, if necessary;
— transfer to development;
— discussions during implementation.

Result
Images in Figma:
— detailed layouts of designed interfaces.

Third stage. Mobile application
3. Preliminary analytics
— conduct interviews about users and their tasks with the client's team;
— fix the version of user scenarios for the mobile application;
— discuss scenarios with you and make changes;
— compose the final version of scenarios for users of "non-consultants", mobile application.

Result

— user scripts;

Duration: 1-2 working days
4. Detailed UX design of the mobile application
We divide the interface into 2-3 parts by sections and work on each
— detailed interface design (2-3 iterations);
— discuss mock-ups with the client after each iteration;
— make changes to the layouts based on the results of discussions and testing.

Result
Images will be collected in Figma:
— detailed designed mockups of mobile app interfaces;
